Both plans bill a minimum of 10 employees. We count people who are active, on leave or on probation; anyone who has left stops counting from the moment their record is marked inactive. Adding someone mid-month is charged pro rata. Removing someone frees the seat at your next renewal rather than crediting the current period.
Astra AI is included under fair use: each person and each workspace has a daily allowance, and the workspace’s grows with the number of employees you pay for.

What is astraHR?
HR software for growing teams. Employee records, absence, payroll prep, reviews, goals, learning and surveys live in one system, with an assistant that answers from your own data.
How much does it cost?
€5 per active employee per month for Core and €9 for Complete, with a minimum of 10 employees. Annual billing gives two months free. The full breakdown is above.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The trial runs for 14 days and you are not charged during it, so you can cancel before it ends and pay nothing. Everything except the AI assistant is available during the trial; the assistant switches on after your first payment.
Does the assistant change anything on its own?
No. It reads through the same permissions as the person asking, and when it prepares a leave request or a decision, nothing changes until that person presses Confirm.
Where is our data stored?
In Ireland. The database and the application both run there, and each organisation's rows are isolated by the database itself. The AI features are processed by Anthropic in the United States, and the privacy policy lists every sub-processor.
How do we move our records across?
