AstraAdvantage’s methodology includes a unique functional and technical approach to consulting and system implementations. Improving processes and empowering people translates to increased capability for our clients. This, in turn, leverages technology and strengthens organizational performance.
Managing Human Resources operations in today's business environment is challenging due to both dynamic technology and the legislative environment. The decisions companies make regarding HR technology will affect workforce and HR staff productivity, as well as integration with other critical enterprise applications. Management decisions are typically based upon cost reduction, staff redeployment, efficiencies gained and services improved. Therefore, we design our HR services to provide measurable results, process by process, transaction by transaction. Projects of this nature require both senior-level commitment and cross-organizational involvement, AstraAdvantage has developed a repeatable and scalable methodology for reviewing, assessing, and implementing process-improvement recommendations.

Assess:
During the Analysis phase, the AstraAdvantage project team meets with the client for a kick-off meeting and completes a comprehensive organizational analysis to gather data needed for conversion. During this time, the Functional Consultant begins work with the client to document and improve business processes.
Configure:
Once the client analysis is complete, the AstraAdvantage HRIS Implementation Consultant sets up and configures the system based on the information collected during the Analysis phase.
Convert:
Payroll and HR data is migrated from the client’s existing database to AstraAdvantage’s technology platform. Once the database is transitioned, the data is tested for accuracy and validated.
Deploy:
During the Deployment phase, the team ensures that the system has been appropriately configured to correctly process transactions by performing unit and payroll parallel testing. When the testing is complete and the issues are resolved, the team moves the database to production and the system goes live.
Train:
This phase can begin any time during the Data Conversion and Testing/Deployment phases. End users attend the appropriate technical training sessions.
